    The DIVENTA Wholesale module contains complexly processed procurement, warehousing and sales functions, enables process automation, management based on real-time information, cost savings and a major rationalization of employee time required for data processing. Permanent or occasional connection of remote locations of wholesale or retail facilities with replications between databases, allows interactive insight into the situation (orders, stocks, debts…) in real time. Using the rebate matrix, the possibility of group and individual access to each customer is provided, with the possibility of defining a promotional sale that is automatically included in all documents based on a given start and end date of the promotion. This module also includes records of trade payables by currency dates, issuance of pro forma invoices, advance invoices, delivery notes, consolidated invoices, reverse, return receipts as well as book credits and debits, while creating output and input invoice books, advance books and import books using which increases the efficiency of stock inventory tracking, with all relevant data on items available at any time (present or past). Using the Wholesale Diventa module, it is possible to control overdue and overdue debts in a timely manner and perform delivery controls based on set limits (debentures), delays and debt amounts, with the possibility of blocking shipments, monitoring arrears of suppliers and customers, order efficiency, margins according to various criteria. (category, subcategory, brand, subbrand, group, item, warehouse, salesperson), summary synthetic reports needed to analyze customers and suppliers, measure item performance based on turnover, turnover and earnings with a number of different reports required for operational management. Integration with the Distribution module and the Retail module as well as the Financial Accounting module is complete and takes place through automatically created documents.
